Each person is responsible for their own goods. Set up and display will be limited as there is not much space and if you use the dining tables, you must be prepared to pack up before lunch is served. Cost for participation: One quality item for the Pound Social (silent auction). For more information you may contact Chris Depta who will be overseeing this event. SHOOTING MATCH A black powder target shoot is being held again this year. $5 is requested for participation to thank Pine Tree for allowing us to use their range. Contact Mike Kowalski for this event. No other costs are attached to this event. Pound Social Ongoing through out the day. Bids will be accepted up till the music starts. This consists of a Silent Auction of 18th century appropriate gear, clothing, potables and edibles. Winning bids will be announced as the music starts, and money can be paid at that time. 11:00 AM - Annual Business Meeting of the general membership of the BVMA Membership. Dues should be paid before the meeting. This season's schedule of events will be available. 12:30 Covered Dish Supper will be served. Respond to this post to let Toni Lasher know how many people will be coming and what dish you will bring. After Dinner: The conclusion of the Pound Social and music, provided by Rural Felicity. Dancing for those who wish it and sing-a-long for the rest. Clean up by the general membership will be appreciated as Pine Tree Gun Club will return part of our room rental if this is done.
